Mustang Public Schools 

At the heart of the community is the Mustang Public School District. Covering 69 square miles in Canadian and Oklahoma counties, the district is home to more than 7,900 students. The district has a budget of $34 million and is the largest employer in Canadian County with 800 employees, including 479 certified teachers and 30 administrators. Although the district includes 10 school sites, it retains the small-town feel that Mustang residents appreciate, while offering students all the opportunities available in a large district.
